As I have mentioned on my previous post, I replied to the Unionbank Customer email regarding my expanded use number and now I have it, yipeee! I immediately logged in to paypal to update my account. At last, I have a verified paypal account!

Then I proceeded in withdrawing my money and received a message that the money transfer will complete in 5-7 days.
So for those who are still having difficulty with using Unionbank EON Visa Card on Paypal, just drop me an email.

I stumbled upon your blog while searching for a clue on how to solve my paypal problem as I can't still add my eon card though I had it activated online together with 500-peso deposit. I've long been a member of paypal with my credit card as the primary card but this is the first time to add one for the purpose of receiving money from clients. After going through your 3-part article it seems to me though that you had it added after 2 days. Am I right? If it's so then I need to stretch my patience. :)

hi! i just got my PP verified 2 days ago. I didn't call, i only emailed them using my Eon Cyberaccount after i enrolled my EON card. It took 3 working days to get my PP expanded number =)

By the way, I love your site. Can you tell me which of those really gives you big bucks? Coz I also do homebased jobs.

I'm glad I read your post about EON card 'coz right now, I can not withdraw my money form paypal since my account with them remain unverified due to not having a credit card.

To answer your questiond (although its already a month late...heheh), I just told them that I need my Expanded use number and they immediately send it to me. But I think they now have a different process because a friend of mine asked me about this and based from the email she got, it is already in the EON Billing Statement which you will see online.
Hope that still helps or hope you already have yours verified, otherwise you can just borrow a credit card from your relatives or friends and just withdraw your money through your local bank (Yes, you can now withdraw money from Paypal to your local bank).

pa help nung nag enroll kaba sa eon online banking na delay kaba kasi sabi dun available within 48hrs daw peru pang apat na araw ko na to di ko parin ma access ang account ko sa online banking nag kaproblema kaba ng ganito dati?
this is my sentiment.
i applied for my eon card last dec. 10, 09. pick it up at their office the following week. i registered my card at their online banking on dec.19, the same day when i got my eon. the teller at the bank told me to at least wait for 2 days before i get to be verified. i already deposited P500 to my account so i wont have problems when paypal verifies my account/card. so okay, i waited... waited... but till now! i've been trying to call unionbank's customer service since time immemorial but to no avail! there was no one answering! i badly need that my card be activated before new year sana so i can withdraw my funds. please help on what to do.. thanks!
actually now you can just see the 4-digit expanded use number in your eon card's transaction history in the unionbank cyberaccount website. i'm just now waiting for my paypal funds to transfer to my eon card. 4 days and a 5-dollar fee. a bit much but then there isn't any other way.
